ISO 9001:2015
Published quality-management certificate for the stated manufacturing scope.
Quality & Certifications
Published evidence covers two management-system certificates, routine transformer testing and project-specific documentation control.

Verified management systems
No additional accreditation, laboratory partnership or certification is claimed without a supporting document.
Published quality-management certificate for the stated manufacturing scope.
Published environmental-management certificate for the stated manufacturing scope.
Certificates, declarations and test evidence must identify the applicable scope, transformer and revision.
Routine verification
The approved quotation and inspection plan define the final test scope. Published quality information includes the following routine checks.
Ratio, polarity and winding resistance checks help verify the manufactured winding arrangement.
Insulation resistance and agreed dielectric checks support the specified insulation system.
Load-loss and other agreed measurements are recorded against the applicable rating and test basis.
Reports, nameplate data, drawings and manuals remain tied to the same delivered unit.
Quality evidence chain
A certificate logo alone is not a complete acceptance package. The technical and quality records must refer to the same scope.
| Project stage | Record to approve | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Quotation | Technical data, deviations, guarantees and test scope | Establish one comparable basis |
| Engineering | Approved drawings, data sheet and document schedule | Freeze interfaces and review points |
| Manufacturing | Inspection plan and controlled revisions | Maintain traceability through production |
| Testing | Procedures, witness points and reports | Verify the agreed acceptance criteria |
| Delivery | Nameplate, manuals, certificates and final register | Connect the delivered unit to its records |
Publication boundary: ISO 45001, TÜRKAK, KEMA, university testing, type-test results or laboratory equipment are not stated until TZN supplies approved evidence for publication.
